Founder & Managing Director

Godfrey founded G&J in March 1994. He has worked in Sales and Business development for over 35 years and currently holds the position of Managing Director. As a seasoned pundit in the power industry, he has built relationships and handled many projects and sales of generators over various industries in Ghana and West Africa. He’s a proud son of the Bono region; a part he holds dear and is proud of.

Mrs. Mary Asiedu

Director of Logistics

Mary is a co- founder and holds the position of Logistics Director. Over her 25 plus years within the business, she has played the steady and anchor role of handling our supply chain needs over the years. She’s a mother of the house and a city girl.

Mr. James Aidoo

Director, Sales & Marketing

James is a co-founder and currently is the Director of the sales unit at G&J. He holds an undergraduate degree in BSc in Geography & Economics from the University of Cape Coast and an Executive MBA from GIMPA. He’s a reputable sales and product development expert and has gained great experience in his field over the last 30 plus years. In another life, He would be a headmaster.

Mr. Matthew Asiedu

Deputy Managing Director

Matthew is a graduate of Brunel University, London. He holds an undergraduate degree BSc in Marketing and joined the management of G&J in September of 2019. He has since played a key role in curating a dynamic sales team, a productive team spirit and is one excellent closer. He’s a great team player and innovative and critical thinker. If you run out of coffee, you know who to call.

Mr. Isaac Boateng

Chief FinanceOfficer

Since 2020, Isaac has served as the Chief Financial Officer for G&J Technical services. He has an ACA from the London College of Accounts and an EMBA from Edinburgh Business School in Finance. He handles financial strategy and management, with the goal of driving fiscal growth and stability through strategic planning ,operational efficiency, and transparency.

Mr.Evans Dekyi

Service Operations Manager

Evans is a Service Operations expert. It’s quite a detour he’s taken as he holds an undergraduate in BSc. Administration, Accounting from Central University and an MBA from UGBS. He’s a problem solver and a hands-on person. With his expertise, he plans and leads the service team in carrying out our after-sale support.

Mr. Maxwell Appiah

Sales Manager

Maxwell heads up the sales unit as sales manager. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from KNUST and is currently pursuing an MBA. He has experience in generator sales and holds an avid interest in training.

Mrs. Irene Amma Letsa

Human Resources Manager

Irene assumed the Head of HR role after having worked in the department for a number of years in 2019. She holds a BSc. in Business Management, Human Resource from Leeds University. She is a good judge of character, resourceful and a great advisor. She doubles as a great pastry chef. For your best desserts, you know who to call.

Miss. Joanna Akosua Asiedu

Client Relations Manager

Joanna is a people’s person. She is usually behind the scenes facilitating client’s contracts and managing our business relationships. She is a graduate of Ashesi University and holds B.Sc. in Business Administration
